Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Your questions answered)

1) What type of Screen it has?
Xiaomi actually did not specified any thing about the screen it has. So we also don't know whether the screen on it is Gorilla glass or any other, but we can only say that there is some good quality screen implemented on it.
2) Is it a dual sim or Single sim and does it supports expandable memory?
The arrangement of the sim card tray is made in such a way that you can either insert 2 sim cards(one nano and one micro sim) at the same time or either one Sim card and one Micro SD card. Because it supports hybrid sim card slot.

Yes, it support various colors LED notification light at top right of the phone.
